Greetings, Friends:

Welcome to my once-again newly-redesigned website!  For those of you visiting my site for the first time, I’d like to introduce myself:  I am James (Jim) Markey, Bass Trombone of the New York Philharmonic, Bass Trombone faculty at the Juilliard School and trombone faculty member at the Mannes College of Music.   

For those of you revisiting, you’ll notice a few changes, the most significant being the addition of a news section.  And the first item of business - information about my upcoming solo bass trombone CD.
